Carter-Vickers has 18 caps with the USMNT and was a member of the 2022 FIFA World Cup squad under Gregg Berhalter. However, he has yet to appear under Mauricio Pochettino – missing out on both the October and Novembers camps with the Argentine.
He was, however, a member of the 2024 Copa America squad, including a 45-minute cameo in their infamous 2-1 loss to Panama in the Group Stage that eliminated them from the marquee competition.
