Milan have identified Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface as a key option to strengthen their attack, according to . The 24-year-old Nigerian is reportedly one of several forwards being considered, alongside Juventus’ Vlahovic. Initial contact has been made with Leverkusen as Milan assess their summer transfer strategy.

Boniface scored 14 Bundesliga goals as Leverkusen won the title in the 2023-24 season but was limited to 19 league appearances last term due to injuries, though he still managed to score eight goals. While he was once valued at upwards of €50 million (£43m/$59m), Milan could now secure his services for a reduced fee of around €30m (£25m/$33m) due to his inconsistent availability and the rise of Patrik Schick as Leverkusen’s main striker.
